WHAT WILL BELIEVING THE LIE DO TO ME?
In
other words what will happen to us if we are deceived or have false information
about our true identity? What will happen to our lives if we believe the lies
of Satan the deceiver? What results will we achieve when we act out of false
beliefs? What happens to us when we believe the lie and not the truth? What
difference does it make to us and to others if we allow ourselves to be deceived
by the world? What would be different in our lives if we were to know the truth
of God and not the lie of Satan? What lies do I believe now and how come I believe
them to be true? How do I discern lies from Truth and how can I undo the lies
that I believe unwittingly? What does this lie do to me and why was the lie
ever given to the world in the first place? What is the lie ?
It is good
at this time to pray and ask God to guide us into all Truth as we read this
message.
Pray the following
prayer from your heart and with a true desire to have Truth in your inner being
released to you as the deception is exposed and your true identity comes to
light.
"
Loving God and creator of all things, creator of good and evil, teacher and
Father of all, wise and righteous One, please lead me into Your Truth and open
my eyes to Your ways, AMEN."
Firstly
we all are deceived and we all need to come out of deception and know the Truth
of God.
Gen 3:1-7
1 Now the serpent was more crafty
than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said to the
woman, "Indeed, has God said, 'You shall not eat from any tree of the garden'?"
2 And the woman said to the serpent,
"From the fruit of the trees of the garden we may eat;
3 but from the fruit of the tree
which is in the middle of the garden, God has said, 'You shall not eat from
it or touch it, lest you die.'"
4 And the serpent said to the woman,
"You surely shall not die!
5 "For God knows that in the day
you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing
good and evil."
6 When the woman saw that the tree
was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree
was desirable to make {one} wise, she took from its fruit and ate; and she gave
also to her husband with her, and he ate.
7 Then the eyes of both of them were
opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together
and made themselves loin coverings.

We have seen in
other studies that this scripture is speaking about the nature of man in God's
creation and it describes the fall of man from innocence into the state of guilt
and shame, which we all find our selves in this day to some degree or other.
This describes our garden of Eden within our vessel and the woman is Eve or
the soul of man and the man Adam is the spirit given from God or our true identity.
The beasts of the field are all parts of the nature within man and the serpent
is the agent God created to deceive man. The soul is the mind, will, emotions
and desires of man and the spirit is to program the soul to make a new creation.
The soul is from God and is pure, righteous, holy, just, perfect and without
SIN. God created us as a spiritual being and then formed us in a body of earthern
material or dust of the earth. We are spiritual creatures in an earthly journey
and we have embarked on a very special adventure which is not known to us because
our true identity is lost in the darkness of our earthy form. The deception
is the plan of God to teach us to overcome our outer form or to teach us to
put the earth in subjection to the spirit or to teach us to have dominion over
the earth of our body. The spirit is the head and the soul is in subjection
to the spirit, the soul is to control the body. When we have the spirit of God,
which is our true identity we have dominion over the soul and the body is made
subject to the heavens, which is spirit and soul, then heaven comes to earth.
We become a new creation and convert the dust of the earth into Holy ground
when the life of God flows in the right direction in our lives. This newness
only comes as we know the Truth and reverse the curse which took place in the
garden of the first father Adam as he believed the lie of the deceiver Satan.
The lie is that
we can be God without God and that we are masters of our own destiny and that
we create our own destiny by our own understanding or by self knowledge. The
lie is that we are separate beings and individuals. The lie is that we can survive
on our own without God or others. The lie is that we are rejected by God and
that we are unworthy and guilty. The lie is that God is holding equality with
God from us. The lie is that we can be in control of our lives without God.
The lie is that we have to fear deception. The lie is that God does not love
us. The lie is a false identity of who we really are. The lie is a voice of
another who is not speaking the Truth of God. The lie is the false prophet.
The lie comes from man, every man is a liar. The lie comes from the deceived
mind. Man makes his own lies from his own understanding , from his perception.
The lie is spiritual information. The lie lives in the conscious awareness of
the man. The lie lives in the soul of man. The soul is the spiritual data bank
of man and man lives out the lies that he believes. The lie is the deceiver
or Satan who lives in all of us. The lie feeds the ego and the ego loves the
lie. Satan is the father of lies and all fathers and mothers are liars because
all of us have been lied to from the original parents who were deceived. The
lie is a spirit of deception. The lie is a spoken word of deception passed into
the lives of others. The lie curses others as they believe what they hear about
themselves or others. The lie is varied and takes many forms. The lie is believed
to be Truth. The lie is easily believed because it is so close to the Truth.
The lie is that we understand with our outer man or our natural man rather than
with our spiritual man who lives within us. The lie is that we are free moral
agents and captains of our own souls. The lie is that we can do what we want
rather than what God commands. The lie says that you won't die if you partake
of the knowledge of good and evil, the lie says that you can come to all knowledge
without God. The lie is believed because we have not the Truth to expose the
lie. The lie has filled the souls of the earth, all people believe lies and
speak lies without knowing it. The lie has been perpetuated, intensified and
diversified into all generations. The lie darkens the spirit and alienates us
from God. The lie reverses the life of God in our lives. The lie is a curse.
The lie brings belief in death when you remember what God said in the beginning.
The lie is eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. The lie is attractive
and is sensual and appealing to the pleasures of the body. The lie builds the
flesh and quenches the spirit. The lie causes us to act against God. The lie
is building a false image in our minds and giving perception rather than allowing
us to know Truth in our hearts. The lie is self mindedness. The lie is death.
The lie is that we are separated from God. The lie is dead and we need now to
know Jesus put the works of Satan to death and we can now come back to life
and remember who we really are. Jesus has abolished death.
God gave deception
to us as a lesson, He gave us the lie to find the Truth. The tree of knowledge
of good and evil and the tree of life are within your own garden of your life
and you are to know the way back to the tree of life and live forever. We all
have been eating from the wrong tree within our consciousness and God is both
trees but we now have way to overcome deception in Jesus who has overcome all
the works of the devil for us. God teaches us to become as He is by putting
us through the trials of life and the lie is the way to Truth by His law which
exposes Sin and by grace and time we overcome SIN and receive life eternal by
the knowledge of His Truth revealed in us. His Truth is within us all and when
we decide to seek Him then the deception will fall from us as lightening from
the sky. We saw in the studies that our soul is a vessel to contain spiritual
information and that we express only what is in the vessel. We see that when
we are deceived that our soul quenches the spirit or reverses the flow of life
and brings spiritual degradation and death to the outer man. The example given
in Genesis shows that the man listened to his wife and death came to him. This
is in reality the deception where the soul believed something other than God
and spoke it to the spirit or the man and the spirit diminished in the man,
the heart was darkened and he believed the lie which made the heart deceitful
and wicked. This is where we see a beautiful picture of the first Adam or Jesus
falling or becoming SIN for us. This is where the spirit left Adam and he was
found to be naked or without the covering of light which he had in the garden
with God. This is where lucifer fell or Adam fell as Christ left him. Christ
is the invisible substance of God living in the natural man, Christ is the glory
of God as He expresses Himself in His creation. We also know from other studies
that Jesus is the Alpha and Omega or the first and the last. He is the first
Adam and the last Adam, He is the new man and the last man, He is every man
and everything. Jesus is God's creation or expression of all that is made, God
lives within His creation as spirit. When we come out of deception then we know
we are Christ. We were created in eternity, we are the offspring of God, we
were put into corruptible flesh only to return into God again in eternity with
a body of incorruption having put on immortality through the revelation of our
true identity in us. We are called to come out of corruption and into Truth
and when we overcome the world then we will be in heaven on earth.
Jesus was the soul
sent by God to show the way back into God for all of us. Jesus knew His true
identity and of Himself He could do nothing, He only did what He saw the Father
do and only said what He heard the Father say. Jesus knew that He was equal
with God and He did not let His body of earth stop Him or hinder Him in putting
all things in subjection to the spirit of God which was within Him and ascending
to the Father as a new creation and a life giving spirit to give life to all
of His brothers who we all are. We also are to know the Truth and know who we
are, we also are to know that we are the offspring of God and that our true
identity is Christ and that we are spiritual beings with a body of dust to convert
into a spiritual body. We are to know that we are not separated from God and
that our spirit is one with God and that the only separation from God is in
our understanding or in our false perception which is in our minds which are
alienated from the knowledge of God by the work of the deceiver. We have believed
the lie but now Truth has come in Jesus Christ and we have power over the deceiver
in our own mind and we can also return to the ONE who sent us to have victory
over our circumstances. Heaven comes down upon us, we do not go to heaven, heaven
is in earth and we are that earth, our heavens are renewed bringing new
spiritual light and a transformation of our bodies as we become vessels of light
living in heaven on earth.
Here are a few examples
of lies, which may help you to identify what lies you believe. The desire for
Truth and the power of God will enable you to dispense from your vessel anything
alien to your true nature and identity as the fire of God consumes and reveals
Truth in your inward parts. This is a comparison table and your true identity
on the right as compared with the lies or your false identity on the left. On
the right is who God says you are and on the left is who the deceiver, people,
and yourself say you are. On the right is TRUTH and on the left is the LIE.
On the left is the Adamic man and on the right is the new creation man Christ.
On the left is the person that the world sees and on the right is the person
that God sees. On the left is the false image and on the right is the true image.
On the right is the true identity and on the left is the false identity.

There
are of course numerous other spirits of deception which affect the minds of
men in this world and they are so many that I could not know them all let alone
write them all down but I am sure you see what is meant here. The spiritual
component of our vessel is filled with many deceptions and we do operate our
lives from this program. God offers a new program and a new operating system,
He offers new hardware in the way of a new mind which is the mind of Christ
plus new software which is His divine nature. The way we become a new creation
in the Kingdom of God is simply by realizing that we already are prepared for
this change to occur and that it is the work of God that brings this change
into being. We are already Christ by true nature and we need to appropriate
this reality into our consciousness and cast down every contrary thought. This
requires the supernatural power of God to make the transition from the Adam
consciousness to the Christ consciousness and this can only occur when we believe
on the name of Jesus and know that God sent Him as the propitiation for our
sin and that God raised Jesus from the dead and that now Jesus is the Christ
or the spirit able to give life to those who partake of His divine nature. Jesus
is the true light that lights every man who comes into the world and when we
seek Him then He appears a second time without sin unto salvation. I have written
about sin in another writing and it is good to read about sin and what it means.
Basically it means that you go your own way and ignore God who wants to direct
you into eternal life. It is the lie of the devil which keeps you in bondage
to your own way and the ways of the world and it is not really your fault but
you do know that God is real because He reveals Himself in all things and He
has made His presence known to you and so you are without excuse. You may be
partly blind to the truth of God but you are still able to make a decision to
seek Him within your own being and reveal His Christ within you. For this reason
I have given a prayer of salvation and you may go to it and pray to God, if
you feel God speaking to you and reminding you that you are His child.
Believing the lies
of Satan will bring death to your body as your spiritual man degrades and is
unable to sustain life. The lie brings death just as God said it would if you
ate from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. It is the curse that we have
put on ourselves that kills us. Because we have been disobedient to God and
listened to the lies of the enemy and eaten bad spiritual fruit we have now
put ourselves to death because we also believed the Word of God that said that
we would die if we ate of it. So we all are under the curse of death which came
about through SIN and the Sin was the believing of the lie or information outside
of the Truth of God. The only way to overcome the death is to eat of the tree
of life which is in the center of our consciousness but is is guarded by angels
with flaming swords and no flesh can enter in.
Flesh is the bad program in our mind
which caters to the pleasure needs of the outer body and it is the outer body
of dust which needs to be converted to Holy ground. So our own mind is putting
us in the grave because we believe the lies of the deceiver. The mind wants
immortality and wants to live eternally but it does not want to surrender to
the new program that God wants to give us which will enable us to receive eternal
life. The mind associates with the body because the mind thinks that the body
is who we are and it can not know the ways of God for it can not discern spiritually.
The mind of Adam is lost and without hope and it accepts death as a way out
and we have a false hope of an after life which is not so.
Life is now and it is eternal life
which can only be realized as we know our eternal heritage as Christ. The mind
needs to be completely dismantled and renewed for us to be transformed into
a new creation with an immortal body and this only comes as we put on incorruptibility.
The mind of Christ is incorruptible and we have the mind of Christ but we don't
use it. The mind set on the spirit gives us an inflow of God's spirit but a
mind set on self is self destructive. We can either allow the lies of the deceiver
to rule our lives into the grave or we can set our mind on the spirit and allow
our Christ nature to descend into our earth and convert the dirt into Holy ground.
We already have a new identity in heaven because we are seated above the highest
heaven with Christ and the Father just waiting to pour into our vessel. It is
our old man who is not willing to die and it is our stubborn will that will
not allow God to come and dwell in His Temple that we are. God wants to have
His habitation in us and we are to be co heirs in the promised land which is
our vessel, we are to share this heaven on earth with God as He lives and moves
and has His being in us as we do in Him.
The only way to
know lies from Truth is for Christ to live in you and for you to allow Him to
completely fill you with Himself. The Bible will give you good teaching and
show the character of God and how you are to be but it is the indwelling Christ
who is the Word of God who changes you and gives you eternal life.
The lies of Satan
have deceived all men and the world is filled with a false image of who we are
as children of God and also the whole earth is groaning because of the pressures
we put upon it because of SIN. The way we see the earth is not how God created
it, it is how we have created it in our false perception. The moment every person
sees with the spiritual eye of God then we will realize heaven on earth. Every
lie ever spoken needs to be undone and we are to be judged by every word that
we have spoken through all of human history. life and death is in the tongue
and we create destruction by the words of our mouth. We also create God's creation
as we speak His Words as He lives in us. Our own conscience is our own worst
enemy because we do believe that we have the truth or a least every body has
the truth jointly and that our opinion is justified because we are individuals.
Our own conscience is what lies to us when we hear something contrary to what
we believe, it says that is a lie and what I hold to be true is true for me.
God is Truth and every man is a liar and all belief is only belief. Truth is
beyond belief and it is established, it is the foundation of all creation.
Believing the lie
will put you in the grave and you will be without your inheritance in this lifetime.
The lie will make you poor and you will not know the riches hidden in your earthen
vessel, the divine gold of Christ's riches in the darkness of your unenlightened
mind will remain untapped. The lie will make you believe in sickness, fear,
lust, pride, self, limitation, suffering, lack, death and many more deceptions
of the mind. God wants us to be mighty overcomers of all things and the world
is here to test us and to try us and to make us strong and fit to reign as Kings
and priests. Every fear in your mind disempowers you and keeps you from fulfilling
your purpose which God has fore ordained for you to walk in. When we learn that
it is only fear that keeps us from being all that God has purposed for us to
be, then we will ask God to help us to overcome fear and become fearless in
our pursuits of life.
Rom 1:16-25

for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew
first and also to the Greek.

of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, "But the righteous
{man} shall live by faith."

from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress
the truth in unrighteousness,
19 because that which is known about
God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them.
20 For since the creation of the
world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been
clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are
without excuse.
21 For even though they knew God,
they did not honor Him as God, or give thanks; but they became futile in their
speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing to be wise, they became
fools,

incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and
four-footed animals and crawling creatures.
24 Therefore God gave them over in
the lusts of their hearts to impurity, that their bodies might be dishonored

God for a lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator,
