Since the beginning of time God has spoken to His offspring and it was the disregarding of the voice of God that put us all into SIN, which is the cause of all of the agony, which we all suffer as the body of humanity today. God has spoken to His chosen ones to convey certain messages to us all as He has ruled through every nation tribe and tongue by the leadership that He appointed. God has always spoken to His people and only a few have responded and hungered after His Word. God has used priests, prophets and Kings to give His divine order and to instruct the multitude of humanity as to the way of life ordained through the ages or times of spiritual awakening. God planned the darkening of our awareness and the re awakening of our consciousness for His special purposes, as all things are worked according to the counsel of His own will.
 

It is good at this time to pray and ask our Father why we all have not recognized His voice in our lives and how can we now be awoken and given ears to hear in the spiritual realm.

" Loving heavenly Father, I desire to hear your voice again, please give me ears to hear what you are saying deep within my own being, I desire to know you again, please send your Holy Spirit to teach me in Jesus name, AMEN."
 

God has desired to know us all and in such a way that we all can communicate with Him on a spiritual level of love equal to His own. God has always given it to fathers to speak to sons on His behalf and for fathers to know the Word of God within them by remaining in communion with Him. Communion broke down in the First Adam and other voices have been spoken by our fathers even as the father of all lies the deceiver Satan spoke a lie to the first soul Eve who was the soul of Adam and caused the communion with God to cease. The residual word of God has slowly been replaced with words of mans own understanding and words of untruth have been passed on to all men. God gave His Word in the beginning and it was pure but it soon was to become polluted by mans own understanding. The word of God has been defiled to such a degree that He hardly resides in the temple of man anymore. It is common now for mankind to lie without even knowing that they are speaking words of their own creation and not of their real Father. The fathers have allowed the voice of God to slip away from them to such an extent that they do not know what is Truth anymore. Sons are being corrupted by corrupted fathers although deep within the hearts of all is a desire for the Truth, which remains within as a shadow of the word of the original Father. Our spirit is connected through all fathers to our original father Adam who had the original Word from the Father God. Many fathers have been able to maintain a certain ability to hear the voice of God and many have returned to Him by seeking the source of the voice within but for the main part people have lost communion with God.

God set about to restore the communion with mankind by calling people out unto His name and leading them by His spirit. God called Abraham and set up a new line of fathering unto a family then to a nation. The nation Israel is to be a nation to all nations and all the world will soon be able to hear the voice of God as Adam heard Him in the Garden of Eden. Israel is the chosen or first son and the name of Israel will be the order by which God restores all people to divine order and relationship with Himself. Natural Israel became the Church Israel, which now is the becoming the manchild Israel, who will bring the voice back to all people who have ever been born of a woman, those who are on this side and on the other side of the river of life.

God has spoken in times past through His prophets and in different ways and places to give instruction to mankind but now He speaks through His son. The holy spirit was only given to a few in the days before Jesus but now He is to be poured out on all flesh and all people will hear the voice of God for themselves.  Jesus returned into those waiting in Jerusalem for power from on high and He has been passed on to many people through generations up to this time as people have believed the Gospel. This passing on of the Gospel through each of the forty generations of the church age is an apostolic succession of anointing and is likened to the passing of the baton in the Olympic procession which culminates in the lighting of the cauldron and signifies the fire of God which will erupt on the earth in this generation. We know Christ has returned when we can say Christ has come in the flesh, for we know His presence within us and we can say, no longer I but Christ who lives in me. This is our hope, the hope of glory Christ in you and in all people. It is for this reason that we need to hear His voice so as to know how to respond to Him as He relates to us.

In other studies we have seen the need to recognize the pattern of the Tabernacle and for us to know that we are that Tabernacle or Temple of God and that we are to present our bodies to God as a living sacrifice so that He will fill us with all that He is. This is the main reason that we need to hear the voice of God. We need to learn to converse with God for He is teaching us how to perceive correctly and to rid ourselves of false concepts from our minds. We know that we have listened to our fathers or to put it another way we have listened to other spirits, which have come to us as voices of instruction from other people, whom we have allowed to teach us.
We already know that the Father was to teach Adam who was to teach his soul or to put it in another way the spirit of Adam was to program his mind which is Eve. This being so we know that every person is a father teaching a son. This is like, every person speaks spirit to be conceived in another soul. This is how we as people pass on spiritual information and the spirit of our person is our father and the soul of another is a son we teach. We should hear the voice of God and have our soul filled with the word or voice of God to pass to others but we have been taught amiss because our fathers have made up their own minds according to their false perceptions. We need the voice of God to come in to our minds to reprogram us and this happens only when we can identify the wrong beliefs or concepts in our belief structure. We do not know what is of God and what is of our fathers or teachers for we can not discern spiritually in our natural or carnal unregenerated state. It is only when we allow the spirit of Christ to come into His Temple and turn the tables in our minds that we can see what is of Him and what is of the lies of the devil, the father of lies. The father of lies lied to the first soul Eve and this lie has been passed on to all generations and has been made into a great multitude of lies in many different forms in all of mankind and all have added to the diversity of false spirits, which are conceived in the wombs of the minds and held to be the truth of the fathers or teachers.
 

Even though our fathers are fallen we are to honour them for the Bible says to honour our father and mother, we are to obey those in authority over us and this is how God works. God makes those who teach accountable for what they teach and when we suffer it is to make those above us look to God for direction as they see their own faults. Sadly the fathering role has been lost in many family lines and in others it remains strong not to say that any fathers are giving the right teaching for we all fall short of the glory of our Father in heaven. A true father figure will teach a son to listen to the voice of God within and to live out of the leading of the spirit of God. A true father figure will know that he has not got everything right but that he is doing his best according to the understanding within him and that he himself is seeking the leading of the Lord to teach other sons the way of God. The passing on of fathering skills will build up a body or community to a high level of spiritual knowledge but the real teacher is the Holy Spirit and it is when we know that no earthly father can give us what was lost in the garden of Eden, that we call no man father and learn to be filled with the living voice of God. We are not to look to man for teaching but we need to have direction to the teacher from our fathers for the Bible says that you need not that any man should teach you for you have an anointing within you who will lead you into all Truth when you ask.

The voices that we listen to are more than just words they are spirit and we are linked to the people who we listen to in more than just a way of teaching we are bonded to them and we manifest their very nature as well. A word spoken in anger will also teach us the anger of that person and we can recall the spirit of that person and relive that experience and express the same anger that, that person expressed to us. This is because we all are joined as one in the spirit and as we receive and conceive and believe spiritual information from others we allow our selves to be at one with them in soul, we become connected to them and they can live their lives through us even if they be in the grave. We all are one body of humanity on this earth and we are compassed about by a great cloud of witnesses who have no bodies and we are still connected to them by the words we have believed from them even in the same way we are their hope of resurrection as we conceive the truth and send God's life back down the same connection. They are wanting the Truth just as much as we want to be released from the bondages that they put on us from their own false teaching, even though it may be through their own ignorance of the Truth of God.

I have witnessed a number of times, people speaking with a voice not of their own but that of a person know to me and I have recognized the voice and have know the person and the situation spoken about. This shows me how the spirit of another person speaks through a different person and expresses the exact voice and nature of the first person, even facial expression and gestures are manifested. Many people are involved in ancestral worship and they allow the wisdom of the ones gone before to speak through them and many are in great spiritual bondage as they allow the past to rule their lives. Jesus is the Lord of the now and He is the great I AM who lives in the eternal now realm, where everything is and is perfect and when we live in the past with connections to people of the past or people with a voice of lies, then we are not able to manifest the truth of God in our own lives now and live as God in the earth. We need to lay the axe to the root of the tree of knowledge of good and evil and that means cutting off all of the ties to the past and to the ones who are holding us in spiritual bondage of lies, those who hold onto the teachings of fathers who are mere men. We have one Father and that is He who is in heaven and we need to hear His voice and His only.

The voices that control our lives from the past are not really known to us and we think that everything inside of us is just natural and we think that it is just our own nature. Many people manifest spiritual natures, which they really hate like homosexuality, murder,  lust, greed, fears, stealing and a multitude of common others spirits and these people do not know why they are under the bondage of spiritual powers and they remain unable to deal with them and remain with a sense of powerlessness and shame or guilt or they try to justify it or blame it on society. All of us have spirits from the past living in us and controlling our lives and these spirits or programs of our minds need to be put away and the Holy Spirit needs to come in and realign us with His Truth, for us to live a life without bondage and a life of power over our circumstances.
These spirits or program instructions in our life package or operating system are all linked to the past and as such they restrain us to the time realm. We need to break these bonds of time restraint in our minds and reprogram our minds with the timeless program, which will give us life from the eternal realm. The voice of God comes from eternity or behind the veil of our own consciousness and we need to allow the timeless life to flow into our being so that we can come out of time and into eternity, where we will realize our True identity, for out of eternity we came into time, to convert this dirt into Holy Ground. It is only when we can reverse the flow of death in us and allow the flow of life from eternity to completely fill our soul and body that we can flow this same life into the lost souls in the world. We need to share this timeless love with all around us and even those who have brought us thus far in the natural realm, those who have since passed on to the realm of death, those now without a body. When we all link up together as the spiritual body of Christ, and are supplied with His spiritual blood and functioning with all the specialized parts together as organs of His body, then we will ALL be made complete and His Kingdom will be handed up to the Father.

A number of months ago I experienced the hearing of a voice within another man and it really made me aware of just how voices command our actions and how we are not even aware of it ourselves. I have a friend John who smokes cigarettes and he told me that he had quit and one day as we were walking down to the shop to buy some food for lunch he took out a packet of cigarettes with one left inside and I said to him, " John I thought you said that you had quit the cigarettes" and he said " yes this is my last one and that is it, I am finished now."  As we were sitting outside the lunch shop and eating a hamburger, I heard a voice speak inside of John and it said " go and buy a packet of cigarettes" at that John got to his feet and went inside the shop. As soon as John went inside the shop I heard the voice of God say to me " When John gets back ask him who told you to go and buy a packet of cigarettes?" When John came back and sat down with his new packet of cigarettes I asked him " who told you to go and buy a packet of cigarettes?" and he looked at me with a strange look on his face knowing that a voice had instructed him to go and buy it and at the same time that I had inside knowledge of the fact that a voice had instructed him, for it was made evident to him when he suddenly realized that he had heard a voice of instruction. He said, " it was the voice inside of me and I just got up and bought them."  It was through this lesson that John knew that there were other voices working in his life and that he was being controlled by forces outside of himself and at the same time within himself. He recalled how he had come to be a smoker in the first place and the voice, which had introduced him to smoking as a child and was still working in his life today.

These examples of voices and spiritual programs working in us are just a glimpse of the complex network of the intertwined lives of all of humanity and it shows just how we have become a body of humanity so confused and in bondage to one another. God calls us all to, now, hear only His voice in our spirit and allow Him to change us back to the pure soul that was in Adam before he fell into the vanity of his mind through lust. When we can hear the voice of God and rid ourselves of other voices working within us then we can send the voice of God to all people and reinstate the perfect Word of God even into the lives of the loved ones who have passed on into the realm of death. The word of God will restore our own lives and prevent us from seeing death but if we continue living our lives in bondage to the dead, then we will continue the downward spiral to the grave ourselves. The dead are those who are dead in trespass and in SIN and that is all people who have not put on the mind of Christ, which is incorruptible. If you are in God you cannot SIN and death is swallowed up in the victory of Jesus' resurrection as the power that raised Jesus from the dead also raises us from the dead. This resurrection only comes as we know the Truth of our heavenly Father and our old nature is done away with as we receive the new nature, which is perfect Holy and righteous, for this is the nature of the divine Son Jesus, whose Voice we hear as He speaks His life to us by the teacher the Holy Spirit who is Christ.

The Bible shows that there is a Royal Priesthood being raised up in the earth and this is the generation now, when we will see the manifestation of the sons of God, all of those chosen ones who will set all of creation free from the bondage of corruption. This Priesthood will be united in the spirit of Christ and will heal and restore all of creation as they speak with one voice the pure Word of God to all living and to those who are in the graves. This Priesthood will be linked together and they will be like a net joining all family lines together into one great network and moving through the earth healing and restoring relationships. The net will move back into all generations as the living generation forgives the previous generation and they come out of the grave and then set their previous generation free also. This net will become more and more entwined as the generations come in and bonds of love and forgiveness will replace the bonds of bitterness and unforgiveness. The net will drag the seas until all have come into the union of Christ, even back to Adam and Eve who will be restored with us all. Each man will have to come through the cross of Christ and this is why we need to know how to hear His voice and learn to give over all the false concepts, which we hold in our separated minds. Jesus has put SIN and death and all evil to death and we need to realize this in our own understanding, so hearing His voice is a vital part in our reconciling to God through Jesus. It helps when you know that the work is finished and that the only suffering now, is because you still hold the lies of the devil in your own minds.

The Bible says that the devil roams about like a roaring lion to consume us and really this means that we are the devil as we hold the lies of the father of lies in our own minds from the teaching of our own fathers. We all are looking to take from others to satisfy our souls and we all do evil in one way or another to one another to consume the spirit because we in ourselves feel empty and unable to know the God our heavenly Father who is within us. We all know in our subconscious that we are connected to the Father through the generations by our inherited memory but the confusion in our separated minds frustrates us and we rob one another of love.
We all hunger for the Truth of our Father and the way to connect to Him again and for this reason Jesus came to show us the way to eternal life as He became the propitiation for our sin and our way home to our Father within our deepest part, our heart. It is only the veil of our own flesh that has hidden God within us and made Him a lost Father but with the light of the Gospel we can now come through our own carnal thinking and put on the mind of Christ. Jesus became a life giving spirit for this reason to give us the hope of Eternal life as He returns into us. The word Christ means anointing or the dwelling of the spirit of the Father in the Temple and we are the Temple of God as He returns in us. He returns in us as we hear His voice and He establishes His Word in us again, for we had the Word in the beginning before we were cast into this body of death. All we need to do is come back into remembrance of the way, which is already in us and allow Jesus to lead us into the promised land, which we are as we enter into the Now realm with Him. We need to lift up the ancients gates of our Temple and be re - established in the ancient pathways of our minds. We are spiritual beings on a human journey and when we look at it from this angle we have power to enter into heaven on earth. When we are stuck in our humanity and looking outside for an answer of salvation we are powerless and unable to see the solution but the Kingdom of heaven is within you and the voice of God comes from within you to fill your own soul with the Word of God and to completely take over your body.

The key to hearing the voice of God is to ask God to teach you.

Ask God to teach you to pray His prayers for the very Word that comes out of your mouth will instruct you.

Every person has the seed of God on the inside of them for the Bible says that Jesus is the True light that lights every man who comes into the world and those who seek Him to them He will appear a second time without sin unto salvation.

Ask Jesus to come into your heart, if you believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead on the third day and that He is seated as the right hand of power of our Father and that you are with God in the Son, awaiting your own realization of your resurrection in Him.

Ask God to teach you everything that you need to know to grow spiritually and you will hear Him speak.

This WORD from God is His very Life, it is the bread of life or the life of the body of Jesus.

The voice of God is like a knowing within you, an instinct or gut feeling, an awareness of something that you always knew and now you feel it coming to birth within you. It can be a small echo within your own mind, it can be a string of understanding come to you as a story or a vision. It can be an audible voice or a presence of something reassuring or intangible but you will receive confirmation by other people as God shows you small miracles to answered prayer. As you practice listening and asking then you will grow in awareness of God in you and it will become an automatic life by just allowing His life to unfold within yours as you lay down your will and ask Him to fill you. Keep on asking until you are walking with His voice and knowing Him well.

God loves you and He wants to restore you into full communion with Him and all of the body of Christ. Love your neighbour as yourself for your neighbour is God, this is how we love God with all our mind, heart and strength. When you hear Truth from another in Christ then you are hearing the voice of God. It is when another person speaks with a different voice that you need to not listen to the lie and this is why we need Christ in us to discern properly and Jesus says that His sheep know His voice and will not follow another. So ask Jesus to teach you to hear His voice.

Ask Him now for He is willing.

In the following chapter you will see a type or a shadow of the Royal Priesthood which is coming now in the earth. It is an old testament view of the entrance into the promised land of canaan and what happens in the natural is to happen in the spiritual in the new testament. The people of Israel crossed over into the promised land and possessed the land and in our lives we also can possess the land, which is the redemption of our bodies, as we the Christ occupy the land and become co-heirs with God. The picture here speaks of cutting off all of the waters or carnal spirits of men way back to Adam as the Royal priesthood steps into the Jordan river and this is what is about to happen in the spiritual realm as the new Priesthood the 144,000 of the twelve tribes of Israel hold back all of the flow of carnal thinking in the minds of men and enable the whole of humanity to enter the promised land of heaven on earth. The book of Revelation of Christ in us, is shown as a picture of how we all must allow the Christ in us the hope of glory take effect in our lives and be cut off from our false teacher fathers and align with the Father of all. This book tells of John the apostle, as He had Christ revealed in him as his true identity and John speaks of the voice of many waters, only this time they are waters of the Holy spirit and not of carnal man. John hears the voice of victory in all men as the fires of God cleanse them from all impurity and every body bows to Jesus as the only voice and living Word of God, which we all must hear to live eternally.

15 and when those who carried the ark came into the Jordan, and the feet of the priests carrying the ark were dipped in the edge of the water (for the Jordan overflows all its banks all the days of harvest),
16 that the waters which were flowing down from above stood {and} rose up in one heap, a great distance away at Adam, the city that is beside Zarethan; and those which were flowing down toward the sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, were completely cut off. So the people crossed opposite Jericho.
17 And the priests who carried the ark of the covenant of the LORD stood firm on dry ground in the middle of the Jordan while all Israel crossed on dry ground, until all the nation had finished crossing the Jordan.

The baptism of Jesus was a fore runner of this coming event in the earth as Jesus symbolized the coming Royal priesthood in our time, which will hold back the tide of human thinking to allow the voice of God to be heard by all and the jubilee will come as all men return to where they came from before the time in the land. All will return to heaven on earth as Christ resurrects every Adamic man into His own image and likeness. Jesus went into the water and died to His humanity and then the spirit as a Dove alighted on Him symbolizing the water of the Holy spirit that now was in Him and operating. This also is what happens in our lives as we cut off the false teaching and traditions of our lives and live by the spirit of God. We turn from the dead water or the salty water and we now drink of the living water that never runs dry, we live in the river of life which proceeds from the throne of grace of God.

Rev 19:1-9
1 After these things I heard, as it were, a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, "Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power belong to our God;
2 because His judgments are true and righteous; for He has judged the great harlot who was corrupting the earth with her immorality, and He has avenged the blood of His bond-servants on her."
3 And a second time they said, "Hallelujah! Her smoke rises up forever and ever."
4 And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne saying, "Amen. Hallelujah!"
5 And a voice came from the throne, saying, "Give praise to our God, all you His bond-servants, you who fear Him, the small and the great."
6 And I heard, as it were, the voice of a great multitude and as the sound of many waters and as the sound of mighty peals of thunder, saying, "Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns.
7 "Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready."
8 And it was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright {and} clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
9 And he said to me, "Write, 'Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.'" And he said to me, "These are true words of God."
